I like to remind women, that the DWF conference is not over, it’s just the beginning!
What inspirations and graces did you receive? Now is the time to ACT on them. Remember, God wants to continue blessing you with grace upon grace, but He needs YOU to ACT on graces received.
I know many who attended Eucharistic Adoration after the conference in thanksgiving and asking God,
“What do you want of me?”
I wanted to extend a big warm thank you to all of you who attended the Dynamic Women of Faith conference! Women from different parts of the world, including Italy, Germany, the Netherlands, Canada, Dubai, India and different states in the US — including the North Pole. To say the day was supernatural is truly an understatement.
The Sisters of Life lead us in the Rosary, Anna Nuzzo singing brought joy to the soul, our Catholic Moms Group Leaders inspired us with what impact we can make at our own parish by started a mothers group. If you have ever uttered the words, “I am too BUSY !!!” Make sure to read this, I promise your head will be spinning. His Eminence Cardinal Collins shared such wisdom, it’s hard to recount.
Would you believe we had a surprise visit from an internationally renown singer and her family? Emma-Sophie from The Maestro and the European Pop Orchestra! Her own family then joined her to sing the traditional song, the one that every mom loves, You are My Sunshine. As always Donna-Marie Cooper-O’Boyle did not disappoint, her talk on Divine Mercy for Women had us all sitting at the edge of our seats. It was so rich.
Rossana Di Zio Magnotta shared a powerful testimony, one that gripped us all with her heroic determinism to leave a legacy and lean deep into her Catholic faith to cope with the loss of her husband and son. There wasn’t a dry room in the house as Rossana acknowledge her anger but with poignant stories reminded us all of the importance of moving forward with courage and perseverance. Sister Antoniana lit up our hearts with her joy and reminded us of the healing power of a mother’s heart, citing St. John Paul’s Feminine Genius.
Then came the moment we were all waiting for — to hear and to meet Blessed Carlo Acutis’ mom, Antonia Salzano. Antonia was very generous with her time. We were all glued to our screens loosing a sense of the two and a half hour reflection. Details about what Blessed Carlo Acutis was like as a child, her own faith journey, remarkable mystical experiences, moment by moment, all of us were gripped by such personal details, especially the focus on Blessed Carlos Acutis’ conviction and true knowledge of Jesus’s presence in the Eucharist. There were dozens of stories told. It’s hard to fathom, that we all had the opportunity to ask questions and interact with the mother of a future saint. She reminded us all – that as mothers we have a GREAT mission.
I am very grateful to all of our Catholic Moms Group Leaders! It was wonderful seeing your names all pop up in the chat box. A bit warm thank you to the leaders who presented at the conference. It is an act of courage, all three of you did an amazing job! Thank you April, thank you Madalena, thank you Rita. Our ministry would not exist without the dedication and hard work of our Catholic Moms Group Leaders!

How absolutely blessed and humbled I feel to be part of this conference; my very first one. Every moment has and it continues to be such a great rich and learning experience for me; on our faith; the wonderful women; the moms who are true leaders in their communities bringing hope and a sense of unity to women following the example of our Blessed Mary.
From Cardinal Collins, Donna, Anna, Emma, Mrs. Magnotta, You and many others, I feel so very blessed. Thank you for making this conference possible. I attend St. Joseph the Worker Parish in Oshawa, Ontario.
